When 2 customers order the same goods, the one who sent the first e-mail has priority.
Do not write your order at the tagboard! Please use the e-mail address.

When we have recieved your order, we'll reply you with a bank account number for the payment. The bank account is Swedish, so you can use a normal Swedish bank or Digipass to transfer the money easily. No need for Paypal, credit card or other kinds of payment system.

Please transfer the money to the bank account within 1 week of the recieveing of our e-mail. If you haven't, your order will be cancelled. Please consider this.

• If you're not sure you're going to buy the good you're interested in, please write this clearly in the order.
  
  
• You have to state your home address as soon as you know the price and wish to continue the order. This is for security reasons.
  
  
• You cannot cancel your order once you've sent it!

There's a postage table you can view on this site, and we've also noted how much every good weight. Please check how much your good(s) cost to carry before ordering.

According to the Japanese post office, the SAL parcel (economy flight post) will take 3 weeks from Japan to Sweden. However it may be delayed, depending on the post office. We can't tell you how many days it'll take for your goods to arrive, and we can't guarantee any special time limit.

Please note that we can not take responsibility for damages on sent package during transportation. If something happens with your good during transport, please consult with your post office.

But also note that this is very unusual and not one single case have been brought to our attention at this time.

In case of a returned package (by the post office; for example when the package was unclaimed), these items will be restocked. If you still would like to purchase these items, please place a new order. We will try and contact you by email to solve how to handle the paid money.
